Our story began with Heather's childhood experiences helping her grandparents raise sheep—a connection that has spanned generations. Jacob, inspired by a desire to farm and produce superior meat, brought his passion into the mix during high school and college. Together, they merged tradition and innovation, giving birth to Chavez Club Lambs. In 2017, Heather and Jacob envisioned not just a farm but a sustainable hub for high-quality lamb, crystallizing their vision during the pandemic—a place where responsible farming meets responsible eating.

With both facilities within 25 miles of our farm, we guarantee freshness, traceability, and a commitment to excellence. Drop off lambs on Monday, pick up fresh, premium meat on Thursday. Our impact goes beyond the plate. With repeat customers returning year after year, Chavez Club Lambs builds lasting connections with those who share our commitment to our outstanding lamb. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond the pasture, encompassing USDA processing and farm-to-table options through certified farmer's markets.
